Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Damaged, defective, incorrect, personalized, perishable, hazardous, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable. EU customers may cancel or return orders within 14 days as permitted by applicable law.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank may require additional processing time.
